Freedom of speech allows a person to freely express themselves. They can share opinions which may not be liked by others, however hate speech is not tolerated and using free speech as an excuse to try to avoid sanction is not allowed.

Impersonation is a serious offence and will result in a sanction. This is linked to rule 1.10 and similar sanctions can be applied.

Creating a false accusation, framing another user with no evidence whatsoever is a serious offence and will result in a ban.
