Terms of Service
Last Updated: Dec 4, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting AnyServer ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.
2. Usage Rights
AnyServer is a free-to-use utility. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for your personal or community Discord servers.
- You may not use the Bot for illegal activities.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Bot's code or infrastructure.
- You may not use the Bot to spam or harass other users.
3. Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, AnyServer is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside our control (e.g., Discord API outages, Minecraft server downtime, or hosting maintenance).
4. User Responsibilities
Server Administrators are responsible for the configuration of the Bot within their guilds. We are not responsible for misconfigured channels or incorrect server IP addresses entered by users.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creators of AnyServer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server or via the Bot's status message.
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: Dec 4, 2025
We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data AnyServer collects and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
To function correctly, AnyServer collects and stores the following minimal data:
- Discord Guild IDs: To identify your server settings.
- Discord Channel IDs: To know where to post status updates.
- Minecraft Server IPs: The addresses you input for tracking.
- Configuration Settings: Custom preferences (e.g., banner styles, language).
We do not collect personal messages, voice data, or member lists unrelated to the Bot's specific permissions.
2. How Data is Used
Your data is used solely to provide the service: tracking Minecraft servers and updating Discord channels. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored securely in an encrypted PostgreSQL database (Neon). We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
4. Data Deletion
If you remove AnyServer from your Discord guild, your configuration data is typically retained for 30 days to allow for easy restoration. After this period, it may be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
5. Third-Party Services
The Bot relies on the Discord API and public Minecraft server queries. Interaction with these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
