4. Server Listings

Server Submission

  • Server owners may submit their Minecraft servers for listing.
  • All server information must be accurate and regularly updated.
  • Servers must be functional and accessible to players.

Content Requirements

  • Descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Server content must comply with Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • Servers must not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

Prohibited Server Types

  • Servers that violate Minecraft's EULA.
  • Servers containing adult content.
  • Servers that promote harassment or discrimination.
  • Servers that distribute malware or engage in phishing.

5. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

  • Use automated systems (bots) to manipulate voting or statistics.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Content Guidelines

  • Reviews and comments must be honest and constructive.
  • No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
  • No promotion of competing services in comments or reviews.

6. Voting and Statistics

  • Vote manipulation is strictly prohibited.
  • Each user may vote once per server per time period (as specified).
  • We may remove suspicious votes or ban users who manipulate voting.
  • Statistics may have delays or temporary inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

Listed servers are independent third parties. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the server operators. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites for which we are not responsible.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal proceedings.
